Lyndsey came out to my house a few years ago to measure up and order some laminate in our entrance hall and the service from the initial meeting through to the finish was exceptional.
We contacted Lyndsey again a few weeks ago to have our stairs and landings carpeted and again, Lyndsey was able to see us quickly, brought lots of samples and measured up. She kept in touch with us regularly, to arrange fitting, keep us up to date with the carpet order and she sent out reminder emails to ensure we were ready for the fitters a few days before they were due. The fitting was completed to a high standard and I can't praise LJ Flooring enough. Will definitely use them again.

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend. I bought recommended hard wearing carpet for my hallway which, less than 6 months later, the weave had ‘run’. The carpet was inspected, photos taken and a report submitted with the outcome being it was not faulty. I had little alternative other than to accept this outcome and had the carpet lifted. My contract was with LJ Flooring but they referred to the manufacturer. Then some 3 weeks later, an inspector telephoned asked to see the carpet - this has long since been disposed of! I specifically took advise as to the best carpet to purchase for this area and am disappointed in what turned out to be a complete waste of money

Excellent customer service; friendly and efficient. The quality of the work is superb. This is the second room they have fitted a floor in for us. The workmen were very easy to have in the house. Very good value for money compared to two other quotes we got. Highly recommended.

New carpet fitted to stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms. Everything went smoothly from when Lyndsey visited with samples to the fitting this week. Excellent communication with regular updates and all work done on the agreed days. I'm so happy with the service that I've asked for a quote to do the remaining bedrooms

We selected the product and was communicated every step of the way. When the floor was laid by the fitter it looked superb and the fitter himself was quick, cleaned up after and made sure I was happy with the job before he left.

Again, so happy with the product and the service and I can see why many of the fitters work with Lyndsey. Glad I never use chain stores, sometimes quality and service are worth paying for.

LJ flooring are very professional and their prices are very competitive. They came on time to do my estimate and I was kept informed on all the different processes. The fitting was done to a high standard and the fitters were nice and cheerful. I was really impressed with their work and recommended them to my friend, who then went on to use their service. I will definitely be using them again to do the rest of my flooring downstairs. I absolutely recommend them for all flooring work.
