Gail gave us expert advice , great service and we have now just purchased our new floor thanks to Gail. A great asset to the Carpetright team.
Asked if I needed any help and Gail was more than happy to go through different selections with me advising what is good and what is best.
Along with price selections from cheapest to most expensive and what was in my agreed budget.
I felt welcomed into the store.
I felt Gail respected the budget and didn't try to push me into something out of my range, while still offering best quality and best wearing for a highly used landing hall and stairs.
On top of this, due to their sales, I have a better quality carpet. (still within price range)
With free fitting.
I was going to do the bathroom floors at a later date.
But due to the good service I received I went all in and selected for both bathrooms too.
I didn't catch the managers name, but Gail did ask if there were any other discount (fitting) I could have.
But because the price didn't meet criteria it was unavailable.
Yet still he came over jumped on the Pc took a look at my order tapped at a few buttons (I'm sure there was more to it than that) and as if by magic.... He removed those fitting costs too.
Date agreed for measurements to be complete.
Sale agreed, deposit paid and I left a happy and satisfied customer.
If you want the sales without all the pushy patter then you wouldn't be out of place shopping at Carpet Right Blackpool.

I don’t think this company and it’s staff (we dealt with Martin throughout the purchase) understand the situation and circumstances they’ve quite left me in over the last 12 weeks. Left sleeping on a mattress topper because not them nor their contracted delivery company can deliver a bed successfully. Initial drop off cancelled middle of the delivery time slot due to being damaged, I was contacted to be told it wasn’t fit for delivery. After already waiting the first 8 weeks for the bed and selling our old one due to expecting a new one, Another 3 weeks pass waiting for the redelivery for then only a mattress to turn up. The following week the rest of the bed turned up (this being the third day either myself or my partner have had to take off work UNPAID) and again damaged. Shame it won’t let me leave a picture of my living arrangements over the last 6 weeks but best believe I’ll be popping them on social media and tagging the company in each and every one of them. We have a toddler and it’s rare I get a full nights sleep - and I don’t imagine getting one again anytime soon. Thanks 🤕
