Carpetright

I was given a quote over the telephone by a young gentlemen. I attended the store to purchase to be told I had been misquoted by an extra £24- which was almost 50% more than what I was told on the phone!
Staff seemed friendly in store, but no one was willing to accept the quote I was given so I left empty handed

Came at 6.35 pm Monday and closed.
Website mentioned opened till 8.00 pm.

Went on a bed hunt, which was a bit of a surprise as initially wasn't expecting it in carpet shop.
Wife really wanted to try the mattress 1st, which isn't an option from the many online options.
Staff were very helpful and understanding of my somewhat feral kids turning the bed section into a makeshift trampoline park.
Wife gave them a bit of a runaround on deciding which bed and mattress to go for, but after a bit of flipflopping finally made a decision.
Was very happy with the service & price.

Awful experience I’ve had with this company. The amount you pay for a carpet you then Have to pay £400 to fit it! Which I was not made aware of. When I rang up regarding the fitting I was quoted £278. No invoice received about the fitting until a week before and that was due to me ringing head office. The worker Ben does not care about the customers. I’ve now got new carpet with ALL the off cuts I now have to dispose of myself. NEVER WILL I EVER GO WITH THOS COMPANY AGAIN

Went to the Carpetright in Canterbury and was helped Brian who was brilliant, no hard sell, just good advice and great recommendations. We bought there and then.Great service.
