Just had the house done. Excellent, top notch customer service and installation.

We have just had vinyl flooring laid in upstairs rooms, and it looks brilliant! The whole process was made painless by M&S Carpets where I received personal and friendly service in the shop. Tracey explained all details to me: when a surveyor would come round to check what underlay would be needed, when payment was expected, when the fitting could take place. All deadlines were met. I would definitely recommend this company.

Best flooring shop in Crawley. I was trying to match a sample of vinyl/lino flooring and they had such a huge range of choices that we managed to match it nearly spot on. Some really high quality, sophisticated lovely options too rather than just cheap, ugly lino full of glitter that you get in chain carpet type shops.
