We popped into our local Carpetright in HH to look for carpet for our new house in the area. John, the store manager spoke to us as soon as he was free. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us really helpful advice and relayed feedback regarding various carpets from people who had bought the ones we were considering. I preferred one that was more expensive, my wife leaning more towards a deeper pile, but stain resistant. Refreshingly, we were encouraged towards the cheaper stain resistant one (we had our two children in store too and so he could see the potential problem). We left the store with an appointment to measure the area for the following Saturday. Within an hour of that we were back in the shop ordering the carpet with the measurements already passed on. Great efficient service and interest free credit. I won't start paying until a month after it arrives. Phase one complete and very happy. I will update when the carpet arrives and is fitted.

Was served by John (store manager) who was helpful, friendly and professional. He was able to advise on carpet for our needs in the home and provided clear information from purchase to delivery. We would definitely return for any more carpets and send my own customers to go see John

Very good service from John, the manager, on two occasions this year. First order has already been fitted with no issues and John managed to squeeze our second order fitting in just in time for Christmas. Will recommend and use again in future.

John E in the Haywards Heath branch was extremely helpful and gave us excellent customer service. We had ordered a mattress online and there had been problems with delivery. John took ownership of the issue although it was not a branch problem. He helped both over the telephone and when we visited the store. We are really grateful for his assistance. In future we will always order in-store to ensure that personal customer service. Thank you John.

My experience at Carpetright Haywards Heath was exceptional due to the store manager John. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and explained the difference in the products I was interested in. I would recommend my friends to go and speak to him if they need any of the Carpetright products. John was brilliant.
