I am very disappointed! As my mother had phoned and left a text message and no response! After phoning a few times finally someone answered the phone and gave her an appointment to come out today at 10am on the first of September 2021! No one came out or phoned or left a message to say that they couldn’t come! Very poor customer service!!!!
