Absolutely terrible customer service from the neath store and head office, both interactions being appallingly rude and unprofessional.
Nothing wrong with the carpet quality, however, poor fitting and invalid information provided about the contract of service. Recommend Peter Saad in the Melyn as alternative

Staff are very helpful..purchase was quick and straight forward...was kept informed at all times about delivery progress..fitting guys were very friendly and quick.

Salesman was very good to deal with , was let down with my arranged delivery date which impacted on my fitting date which was planned a week in advance to make sure we had new carpet fitted before my daughters birthday , Delivery driver was quite rude and asked “why” I couldn’t take delivery a different day then after speaking to a lady in the shop about the issue she asked me “ what do you want me to say to the driver “ , be very careful !

The lady in carpet right today was particularly helpful and kind. Thank you!

I needed to build a play frame for my cat & after a simple phone call the lovely lady on the other end was very helpful... so here is the start but it's going to get bigger.

Been sitting outside a locked store in Neath for the last 15mins.
It's 1:10pm on a Friday lunchtime - sign on door says back in 20 mins . . . we'll see!!!
