I got my sample offline it came really quick so we thought we'd go to the shop and get our laminate ready to fit. However really not what we were expecting! The online service we could not fault but inside the store was completely different. The sales guy took 1 look at me told me they didunt have that style flooring in and very rudely told me the laminate was over there. Very rude! Really would not recommend so went to B and Q and purchased from them and got a better deal. Not sure of it's because I am young and he thought he wasant going to make a sale. Very disappointed!

Very helpful none pushy the guy we dealt with talked us through different wood flooring samples they had and carpets at a very reasonable price but looked high quality, I've never seen the style of wood flooring the had there the clock in connection was really sturdy and not flimsy like the cardboard stuff you normally get

I’d a really poor experience at other shops, coming here made me realise that buying wood flooring should be really simple and stress free. They have a wide variety of style and woods - with helpful signs telling you what each bit is meant to mean, great for less practical people like me... they also took the unused parts back for a full refund! They did this free of charge. I’ll defiantly be shopping with these guys again.

Only gave you one star because your delivery service is a waste of time, you lost an £800 order today as you will only do a kerb side delivery, I work away all week so my wife would have to take the delivery, asked if the driver could put it inside the front door, was told it was up to the driver, as they only have to deliver it to the kerb side, so if an unhelpful driver turns up,the delivery wouldn't be made, so I couldn't take the risk, so much for companies struggling in these unprecedented times.
