Waterfall Flowers

Ordered flowers online to be delivered to my goddaughter on her birthday. I live in Finland myself, so had no idea about the florists around the Kettering area, but Waterfall Flowers had a nice looking website, so I chose them... And judging by the comments and pics sent by the birthday girl after receiving the flowers, I chose right! Simply stunning!! Just the kind of bouquet I had in mind!! Will definitely use them again and recommend very warmly to everyone.

Sadly I was very disappointed as the roses did not look fresh and for the price paid I was a bit shocked. Ordered two arrangements for a meeting presentation. The 'Bright' arrangement was acceptable but in the second arrangement the pale pink roses were badly marked as if they had been frost bitten or about to go over. Pictures on the website looked beautiful and in a panic and unsure what to do, I removed these and replaced them with fresh roses from Asda as they were needed for the same evening. I personally thought I would be embarrassed to present them as they were. Maybe I should have refused them or rung to complain, but thats hindsight. Sorry.

The delivery was good, the bouquet, however, missed some of the original flowers shown on the catalogue. The message on the card wasn't typed and the handwriting was terrible.

First time ordering flowers from here. Placed the order in the morning and they were delivered with a teddy bear the same day in the afternoon as a get well gift for my mum in law. They were absolutely stunning and she was thrilled. I'm a florist myself and was blown away by the selection,quality and colour that was sent to cheer her up . Better than I could ever have expected.
