Conservatory Florist

I ordered a bouquet of red roses for my girlfriend for our anniversary nearly two weeks ago through Interflora. The flowers arrived on time beautifully presented. Nearly two weeks later they still look nearly as good as the day they arrived. We have never had roses last so well. Thank you so much.

Always use the conservatory for all my flowers Ian , Donna and their team are excellent . I have used them for over 5 years and they have always gone above and beyond for us . Nothing is too much trouble for them and I’d never go anywhere else .

A gorgeous boquet has just been delivered to my mum for her birthday, it was a stunning hand tied in a lovely glass vase. Would definitely recommend The Conservatory Florist.

It’s is my ruby wedding anniversary, I phoned from work at 10 o’clock,ask if they add 12 red roses ask when I wanted them for 1 o’clock, no problem. Got to the shop and they were waiting on the counter for me, thank you very much the wife loved them, said most Beautiful roses she has seen, thanks again.

My partner got me a bouquet of roses and paid £55. The bouquet was absolutely not worth the money, the roses were not fresh and wilted after 2 days. The whole bouquet itself did not look professionally done, nothing like the images on the website. Price is not comparable to the quality, please save your money and go somewhere else.

Perfect 5+++ service , I called this morning to try and sort some special thankyou flowers for my partners mum after all her help in labour of the birth of our son.. the guys at conservatory florist did it all, designed, picked and made the perfect bouquet and also delivered it within 3 hours of the order being placed!

Thankyou guys, we made her cry a few happy tears! 100% recommend!

My sister sent me a beautiful flower arrangement from Conservatory Florist via Interflora. She ordered them on the same day they were delivered. They were absolutely gorgeous.

Recently went to arrange two Interflora deliveries to France. Had no idea what could be sent and looked forward to be able to discuss with staff what was available. Instead was delt with brusquely, uncivilly and rudely, repeatedly being bombarded with questions about when did I want delivery and not what did I want! When in desperation I said I was not interested particularly when the flowers were delivered since there was no urgency, I was told they would not put up with my attitude and frustration and would be asked to leave.

Eventually, I manged to get to see what was on offer and the various prices but even that was done in a way which did not permit me to properly look at the various photos and have a meaningful discussion over what might be the best flowers/plants to send in my particulat case.

In my opinion the staff members who served me could do with a course in civility and customer relations. I will never deal with this florist again.

I left the shop feeling frustrated and angry with the blatant lack of service.
