Very poor service, staff does not speak english and do not know the name of the flowers. How can you be a florist and dont know the name of flowers. They used google translate. How bad is this!!!! I was there before the lockdown. The lady is very rude.

Ordered a boxed arrangement this morning and the florists could not have been more helpful or quicker to arrange and deliver these if they had tried.
Super service and the recipient of the flowers said they were really really lovely,.
Would definitely recommend this florist.
