I telephoned greenhouse flowers just as they were closing. The ladie stayed open for me until i got there. I purchased 2 beautiful fresh bouquets and she delivered them the same day for me .I could not of asked for better service. Absolutly lovely lady. Great shop .Fantastic service. Will definatly be using them again. Well gone Greenhouse flowers 10/10 .Will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you 🙂

I've been very lucky to receive a beautiful bouquet from my lovely Mum & Dad that were purchased from Greenhouse Flowers recently 💐 The flowers are absolutely stunning and the roses are such a beautiful colour. I'm so glad that I've chosen Greenhouse to do our wedding flowers. I would highly recommend this lovely florists xx 😍

I've used this florist quite a lot in the past but I'm sorry to say that, on this occasion, I have been left feeling rather ripped off. I paid £45 for a display that, when I went to pick it up, looked a pale imitation of the picture on their website. The blooms were sparse and, more importantly perhaps, a totally different colour to the arrangement advertised (pink rather than the caramel shades for which there was a clue in the name of 'caramel cup'!). The large lady in the shop (the owner?) was unsympathetic claiming that I had not given enough notice - okay so why take orders for pick up the next day if you cannot honour this without providing substandard products? A very poor attitude to customer service. There was no offer of a refund but they agreed to make something fresh up which, to be quite honest, was still very disappointing given the price paid but, by then, I had pretty much given up hope of anything remotely worth the money paid. I'll be using Interflora in future.

In response to the owner's comments - you should consider that people don't always like to raise a fuss and ask for refunds - if the customer is clearly not happy with the goods (for good reason in this instance) - a refund or perhaps discount should be OFFERED - it was not. Your attitude was essentially that it was my fault for not giving you enough notice even though the promise of next day pickup on the Sunday was on your website when the order was placed. I understand that flowers are not always exactly the same as those on the website but this was rather like ordering a giraffe and receiving a rhinoceros such was the extent of the difference. The attitude and intention to blame myself rather than offer an apology seems to continue in your response to my original comments. Frankly I'd rather you donate the £45 I spent on these flowers to the Ukranian refugee crisis than receive another bouquet.

Just to add that the owner has literally turned up at my house to offer my money back which WILL be going to the refugee crisis.

Thankyou so much for sorting out the beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday. I was not the easiest customer as I was very vague in what I wanted but the team there got it spot on. Would recommend. Thanks

I booked a bouquet of flowers for delivery for our 38th wedding anniversary I specifically asked the girl who took my booking if it would be possible to deliver them in the afternoon she told me that they would be delivered after 12 so we took our granddaughter to her playgroup and left early at 11.30 only to get back home to find that the delivery had arrived at just after 10 am and had been left with my neighbour what kind of a surprise is that it makes the whole purpose of buying flowers from a flower shop pointless my neighbour is out for the rest of the day at a clinic so we will get them later this evening I'm disgusted t b h first time is my last time I'm afraid

Greenhouse Flowers provided all our wedding flowers including my bridal bouquet.
I can’t express in words how perfectly beautiful all the arrangements were.
The buttonholes, corsages and floral wrist bands were amazing !
The flowers all stayed fresh and bright - in fact my bouquet still looks good 4 days later.
Thank you Greenhouse Flowers for helping make our special day perfect

I don't want to leave this review, been coming here for 21 years and always been very happy with quality and service. 25th anniversary ordered flowers, most beautiful flowers but came without water. Started dying the next day so raised a concern and was told nothing we can do as i had ordered them without water. I have never had a bouquet supplied before without water so wasn't aware it was possible. If this was my business for the sake of what it would cost to replace or offer a discount at least i would prefer to keep the customer happy.

I am the recipient of a bouquet of beautiful stunning flowers sent from my daughter to me for my birthday. They were delivered by a lovely lady and these have really made my day. I will definitely be using this florist in future. Highly recommend xx
