So impressed with the service and quality. My sister ordered a cheerful hand tied bouquet at 1pm from Kent and a gorgeous arrangement of sunny sunflowers, lilies, gerbera and more arrived at my home in Blackburn at 3pm. And delivered with a smile from a lovely man!

Thank you so much for my dad's funeral flowers yesterday all 3 were beautiful....
My mum ordered extra large red and white roses coffin topper, we ordered 'Dad' in white flowers edged with red and we ordered extra large heart with white flowers with a blue Grandad sash.
We could not wish for anything better and the flowers so fresh.
Roz was very helpful and showed empathy towards me as it was due to Covid19.

Absolutely amazing the girls are hard workers and treat everyone right! I've used them to supply flowers for my wedding and all other occasions. The last one being a gift for my mum for which Rose helped with everything. Thank you so much for everything and keep up the great work!!

Do NOT waste your time and money! This was the first time I ordered from this florist and will surely be the last. I called a few florists on the day however many were closed and so I chose this one as from the reviews it seemed decent and I was only ordering flowering and a box of chocs so surely they couldn't get it wrong. The initial phone call when placing the order went well and the lady on the other end was very helpful and even said she'd pick me some chocolates as they didn't have any in stock that were suitable. Unfortunately when the flowers got delivered it was clear the florist got my order wrong (I requested my flowers in a box and with height as they didn't have any hat boxes, soft pinks and a vintage coloured arrangement, no carnations, gerberas or what I can get from the supermarket). The arrangement was everything I didn't ask for and the stems hadn't even been separated. After several phone calls I eventually got to speak to the owner to complain and she was extremely unhelpful, abrupt and unwilling to hear me out. She too busy speaking over me and telling me she'd put everything into the business and broken her back due to it. When I eventually managed to get a word in I said I made it clear when placing the order I wanted something different not what I can purchase from the supermarket and she hung up. I tried calling her back and she didn't answer and the issue was never resolved. A waste of £45.

Ordered my flowers for mum’s funeral in between Christmas was brilliant service and such beautiful flowers still lovely in my garden after over a week thankyou so much xx
