We ordered flowers for Mother's Day, paid extra for this service and they arrived the day after Mother's Day. I asked for the additional delivery charge to be refunded and they responded by only telling me my flowers had been delivered, which I already knew. Won't use them again. They only get one star as I couldn't post with no star, I would not have given them any if I had a choice.

Flowers did not show. Despite money being taken from my account.

Customer services have been non contactable by phone. Have not responded to email and non responsive on their website 's "live chat".

I would not recommend using them. Luckily I paid via PayPal and so have opened a dispute/claim via PayPal for a refund.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day with guaranteed delivery. I cannot rate their flowers as they never arrived. Unacceptable customer service. We will never use this company again.

Ordered flowers for £40 got a £5 bunch. Absolutely disgusting. Very disapointing. Don't order.

Shocking quality and quantity!
I paid extra for a large bouquet and didn't receive anymore than the medium one shown in pictures.
The first time I used iflorist the quality was good and the flowers lasted for weeks, the current ones are dying within a week.
Will never use again! 😡

Very bad flowers. Most awful flowers that ive ever had delivered. Avoid at all cost. U will be disappointed
