They were really beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a more fitting tribute to her. Went in on 23rd of December an hour or so before closing. Liked a pre-made bouquet but had a Lilly in it (Can't have lillies due to having a cat). Was very happy to replace the Lilly with 2 roses at the same price. Very happy with the bouquet and very friendly staff!

Wanted to say a special thank to my daughter in law in Heanor. Picked up the phone from Portugal at 10.30 in the morning. Flowers delivered in Heanor by 1.30 that day. Nice lady on the phone gave me good advice on what to buy and took my payment by card. Excellent service, beautiful flowers. Thank you.

So grateful to Elizabeth at Pipers for her help to celebrate a 100th family birthday. Had to change my order from a bouquet to an outdoor planter which against the odds she managed to do. Thank you so much x

Ordered 18 yellow roses for anniversary gift. Nice person took the order and provided advice. Prompt delivery next day of hand tied bouquet, which looked very attractive on arrival. Unfortunately the roses were starting to die and the petals were turning brown within 2 days of delivery. All roses were dead in less than one week. Supermarket flowers delivered one day earlier are still going strong 1.5 weeks later. Overall, don’t feel flowers were of good quality for the price paid and probably many days old before delivery.

Wow,Wow, recieved a Massive Bouquet yesterday morning. Of which my friend from Luton had ordered as a surprise for my 60th birthday. Absolutely Stunning, Beautifully presented in a lovely design .So many variety of Flowers and Colours. Best Bouquet I have ever seen, totally overwhelmed. Well done x
