Some things you only get one shot at, a funeral being one of them. My brother's flowers for his coffin failed to arrive. You even said to me in the shop as I ordered, that there needs to be something on a coffin or it just doesn't look right. Well I'd agree with that wholeheartedly. There is so much going on prior to a funeral, you rely on different experts to do their bit to help you bring the day together successfully. It never occurred to me that you would need a reminder. You have quickly refunded me and I've had a few bananas and satsumas by way of an apology but I cannot forget or forgive the sight of that sad bare coffin. I would never use you again but you do have many positive reviews so I would just say to anyone with important dates to plan, check and double check.

I purchased a stoneglow diffuser from this place advertised on ebay as UNUSED, BRAND NEW, UNOPENED & when it arrived it had no cellophane on the box, no plastic around the top of the bottle & the bottle was HALF EMPTY, They are no saying it was not bought from them. They have deleted my sale from ebay so it looks as though i did not buy it from them, otherwise I would have left negative feedback on there too
I am now waiting for a full refund from them
