Excellent customer service. I called in to order some flowers. I was given a choice of what I wanted and helped to get the best colours together.
They were ready in about 10 mins and looked fantastic. So pleased with the bouquet.
Ignore the bad reviews......this is the place to get your flowers from and I will be putting in a regular order. Thank you Louise

Ideally I would of give this florist no stars but I can't publicly post with no stars and I would like to share my experience so 1 star it is.Having lost a member of our family my husband called this florist to order some funeral flowers. The woman who answered the phone to him started laughing when he asked if he could order funeral flowers she them said was he Gary? He said he wasn't at that point surely she would of then realised that he was a genuine customer but she didn't she carried on saying he was Gary.He said he wasn't and that he just wanted to order funeral flowers she said he werent he was Gary he told her not to bother. I rang her back to be told she was the owner of the florists 3 times I don't care! Only wanted to order some flowers hence am now using a different florist!!

My partner sent me some beautiful roses delivered and prepared by Louises florists in Hoddesdon. I contacted the shop direct as they were amazing and to thank them . I spoke to the owner who was extremely polite and has definitely gone the extra mile to give a fabulous service .. thanks again .

Had a big birthday 2 weeks ago received some lovely flowers and they are still going strong, my son said the staff were really helpful, all the colours and flowers he asked were in my bouquet and of course I’m a happy mum, will definitely be returning when I need the best flowers in town.

I wanted to send flowers to my Aunty. I chose Louise’s shop from my search and I am delighted with friendly, personal service. My Aunty phoned me to say how lovely and colourful the flowers are. This is my first time visit at Louise’s, I live in the US. The owner/manager Lousie, is really nice. My sister brought me here to get flowers for my, brother-in-law and my Mother. Even though it was for a very sad occasion…
I got the long life roses, pink and some red and a few other items, as she has such beautiful unique little things also. But her flower arrangements which she is known for, are absolutely gorgeous… truly an artist! Thank you Louise, for every flower arrangement you made for my sisters beloved husband, was made with love.
