Ordered a bright colourful water bouquet box and asked for picture before sending - as l have been let down so many times before from other florists- they sent pic and it was exactly what I wanted - bright modern and did the trick - Hats off to EDEN will definitely use again +++++

As a former employee of eden, all I can say is its fabulous, the flowers are the freshest of fresh the selection of flowers is fantastic and all the staff are such lovely people! I couldn't reccomend them enough! They work so hard to ensure that what you picture is what you get. Keep up the good work girls 💕💕

Amazing autumnal flower arrangement for mum's birthday which lasted 3 weeks. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I’ve been using Eden for around ten years now, for both personal and business use. From day one I was impressed with the team and then more than impressed with the product. Over the years they’ve never let me down, their arrangement never failing to impress recipients much more knowledgable than me. In those years I’d like to think I’ve become friends with the whole team, they certainly make me feel that way and it’s been a pleasure to experience one of the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. An amazing, talented, lovely group of people.

2023 - I thought it was time for an update. The world’s retail businesses when through hell during COVID as did Eden, there was no eating out for florists! I’m sure it was a tougher time for them than most, and it affected them. They chose to dig in and get better, in every conceivable was. The lovely ladies are even lovelier, but no longer friends. They’re family now, they look after me so beautifully, they’re always generous with their time, friendship, and astonishing with their professional and artistic talents. They are appreciated not only by me but by my girlfriend and my mum, who are the recipients of their prodigious floral passion.

I decided to use Eden for my husbands funeral flowers. These obviously had to be absolute perfect. I am also a very particular person!
It is so hard for me to express exactly what it is I want. I had an appointment to discuss and it was a breeze.
I have always known of the florist the funeral home uses, it's reputation is really very good.
I took a gamble for two reasons, I had been given a beautiful bouquet previously that came from Eden and I drive passed the shop for work and it looks beautiful, packed with all sorts.
As you can see from the photo's, I was proud as punch. They even sent me photos before I saw them at the funeral to ease my anxiety. Very easy company to deal with and absolutely gorgeous tribute to my husband.

Spoke to Debbie who arranged for some flowers to be delivered for me. She was pleasant and very helpful. I found the price to be very reasonable for the bunch I got. Was for a friend who lives in Chorley so wanted to use a local company and glad I did. Thank you
