My cousin ordered a bouquet from here for us(UK) from HONGKONG.
To my surprised I found that the spelling of NAME OF THE PERSON receiving was totally wrong. In addition to that, they sent us a VALENTINE CARD on it. Like seriously!!!! Valentine card on MAY???

We are a regular customer but I was soooooo disappointed by getting this kinda service from them. Don't feel like buying anything from here anymore.
Hope they get better xxx

Friends and I ordered an array of floral tributes for a wonderful ladie's funeral. We were quite specific in our requirements. They were very helpful and the beautiful flowers were wonderfully fresh and looked amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this florist.

I've received bouquets as a gift a few times from Annie's. Every time they've been delivered with a smile, bang on time and exactly what was ordered. The flowers are always absolutely gorgeous and beautifully arranged. They have all lasted well over a week. I highly recommend them :)

My wedding was planned at very short notice and I called Annie’s asking for her help, I gave a general description of what I wanted - a small wedding bouquet and a button hole for my husband. I really wasn’t expecting much for £35 but I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful they where when I picked them up the day before. It was a lot bigger then I imagined and they where so fresh. Perfectly tied with a ribbon and even some diamantes inside the roses (I didn’t ask for this but it was such a lovely touch) I was worried how they would keep during the night as I picked them up the day before but they where just as fresh the next morning!
