Delivery was on time for sure. The flowers have now blossomed and look beautiful. Very thorough as a company. I would suggest calling them to tell them what you are looking for instead of picking the flowers online.

Funeral flowers for my sister. They did an amazing job and interpreted our wishes really well. They designed the bouquet on top of the coffin so that it would easily split into several sections so we could distribute the flowers more easily after the event.

Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have used Kelly and her team for many years and always found them to be excellent to so many others we have used in the past.

Charmaines is the place to go for all your floral needs, especially when ordering flowers for your wedding! Kelly and her team were fantastic, they were communicative throughout and so flexible and took all the stress away. Kelly had some great advice on the flowers to use to meet the style I wanted and the price was very reasonable. Kelly went above and beyond in opening up the shop on the day it closes for me to collect the flowers on the day although there is a delivery option. The bouquets got compliments from everyone at the wedding and look fantastic in the photos. Thank you Kelly and team!

Really disappointed with my flowers this time around. They were a gift from my mum and aunt and looked beautiful when they arrived. Sadly, despite following all of the instructions loads of them have died within 6 days of delivery- before the lilies in the bouquet have even begun to open.

This is my second time using Charmaine's. I am a little disappointed in them this time. I feel given the cost there are not many flowers. I appreciate that there are lilies in the arrangement and that this is nor the best photo (recipient's). This is an arrangement that came with vase. I think the vase is obviously a more costly element so perhaps this is why.

I deliberately chose this florist because it's local and when I used it last time there was an abundance of flowers in the arrangement.

I'm not sure these will last long. But I am grateful that they have been well received.

Great local florist, went here for the last 2 years for great christmas trees and occasional house plants. Theres a price guide for the novice on how much bouquets realistically cost. Lovely staff and very quick to service with a smile

These ladies were able to pull together the most beautiful bunch of flowers as a wedding gift with only 20 mins notice when my online order with a different supplier let me down. Couldn't have been more helpful!
