Something Special

Ordered through interflora - The flowers arrived at my work for a collegue who was leaving that day. They absolutely stank of smoke. We contacted the florist who was extremely rude but agreed to send a new bunch out to us. The delivery man arrived and argued that he did not smoke and the people outside smoking must have contaminated them (within the 30 seconds they were outside!!). However that would be impossible as even the envelope was smelling!
He then traded the old bunch for a new one.....which was laughable. Gaps everywhere, flowers missing, and tiny. Obviously chucked together with no care whatsoever!! When stating this, the delivery man snatched both flowers and went to walk off with them- arguing they both looked the same. Hardly.
When we phoned the florists for a second time complaining not only for the joke of a bunch of flowers that had replaced the old ones, but the utter rudeness of the delivery man, who had a vile attitude and was very threatening, the florist "Pat" refused to apoligise and hung up on me!
The delivery man took both flowers and left us with a print out message shoved in a card.
Special Something.....Hardly!! Worst of all, our collegue left work empty handed. Not what you'd expect for £35 worth of flowers (which they argued about aswell, regardless of the reciept I have).
Could have got a nicer bunch from Sainsburys!

Dont use this florist the delivery man is personally taking customers addresses and turning up at their homes and hounding them because they have made a complaint about his service!! this is wrong he is breaking the data protection act in everyway!! this florist should be struck off interflora's list!

Something special created the flowers for my wedding in March this year. The Manageress went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect, down to the finest detail. She also gave me ideas to enhance the bouquets and created lovely little wands for my smallest bridesmaids which were amazing. The flowers were beautiful, magnificent quality and presented to perfection. I thoroughly recommend them!

Something special is now under new management and I must say the quality of the flower arrangements are at a much higher quality. My basket bouquet was designed by one of the girls and it was absolutely beautiful and the new management are very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!
