I ordered a red and white spray to be placed on my husband's coffin.The display was exceptional, absolutely stunning,the flowers used were top quality and it was a masterpiece. I can't praise Webbs florist enough,they have to be the best in town.Christine Farrow.

Disappointing service. I popped into the shop to buy flowers for my friend's Birthday. The lady was insisting to sell me the ones already prepared that were not to my taste at all. When asked to make a nice red, white and pink bouquet, she gave me an unfriendly look and also ignored me when asked for a red wrapping paper, going for the yellow she preferred. Not to mention that the bouquet put together had loose flowers that I had to re-arrange to ensure it looks decent. Appalling SERVICE!! My husband had similar experience a couple of years ago on this shop, but he hoped it was only a one off, a bad day.
Never again!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. The man that made the bouquet of flowers was very nice and helpful, but this one lady with brown hair was honestly the most rudest person I have ever come across. We had a budget of £30 and were not happy with a positioning of an empty bark in the middle of the bouquets, which seemed like such an odd place to put them and we wanted a flower in the middle instead, as this bouquet was a graduation gift. The lady aggressively took the bouquets, was very patronising and tried to rearrange it but had such an attitude with us, and also broke one of the flowers. Safe to say I won’t ever be coming back again. Doesn’t hurt to be nice to customers especially if you want them to return!!

Beautiful flowers for our family, brilliant service spoke to both mother and son and they were so helpful and made it East and stress free to sort flowers over the phone, we thank you so much 🥰

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the stunning woodland spray you made for Mum's funeral. They were exactly as we described and she would have loved them!
Thank you also for accommodating our requests to add the butterflies we made and also the tulips from her garden. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were. Excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend Webbs, whatever the occasion.

Wanna give a 5 star to webbs as they have done a great service for flowers for my uncle funeral in yellow and white as he liked (only fools and horses.)....!!! And was very nice and helpful to my mum.!! .they will also be doing my stepdad funeral too ...
