I found the staff to be rude and obnoxious when dealing with me, it felt as though I was an inconvenience in their day.
I was about to finalise and confirm my Wedding flowers when I witnessed a female member of staff harassing a customer outside in the street, I was mortified!

Needless to say I cancelled and instead ordered from a very local competitor and everybody at the church and reception thought the flowers were amazing.

I cannot recommend enough that you walk on by, this outfit need a big lesson in customer service.

Really impressed with their service and quality of flowers. My daughter, sister in law and I went into Penelope' s as we had been to 3 other florists and got no where. The lady had time to talk and ask what we wanted and came up with some lovely ideas for the wedding bouquets. They were all ready on time even though it was 9.30 in the morning for a 11am wedding and they looked beautiful. Very impressed!

Really helpful Florist. We were late with our order for funeral flowers and they managed to supply a really lovely spray in short time. Thank you so much, even had the pink lilies I requested.

Received a basket of flowers for Mothers Day , from my daughter. They were all carnations because I love them. They were absolutely beautiful and still look as beautiful a week later. Thank you to all the staff in Penelope Petals . Would highly recommend.

Popped in today for some flowers for the first anniversary of losing my mum. The lady was totally unhelpful, offering no suggestions except negative ones until i felt i had no option but to leave the shop and go elsewhere. Won't be going back again, extremely bad customer service.

My daughter arranged for a birthday bouquet and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Fresh, good quality and vibrant, well thought out. Thank you.

Fantastic service, I feel so at ease ordering flowers from here as they just seem to understand what I want and always deliver the most stunning flowers.
