Hopmarket Flowers - Florist Worcester

I came in looking for a particular bunch but was told was out of season but the lovely lady there suggested other flowers which looked similar and good together, she was very polite, chatty and friendly! Great customer service! Will definitely use again!

We ordered flowers for Mum’s funeral and they were beautiful, really exceeded our expectations. Julie and the team were very helpful and thoughtful in supporting us to the make the right choices on what we ordered. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a relative from Hopmarket website.
I had a phone call within an hour to say my original choice was unavailable, the lady was lovely and went through available options. I chose a bouquet of seasonal flowers, they arrived on time and beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend

Purchased a Spring Planter Basket well in advance of the required day. On the day, a bunch of cut flowers was delivered. I contacted Hopmarket Flowers for an explanation and received no reply.
Would not recommend this florist at all. Would give no stars if that was a choice.
There's a good chance you won't get what you paid for and there is no communication.

I visited on a busy Saturday morning wanting a bouquet for a friend plus a similar but smaller one for the grave of her recently departed elderly pony.
Julie understood the unusual brief instantly and made me 2 beautiful autumnal bouquets on the spot using different berries & tulips for a very reasonable price.
I have previously bought houseplants from here & they are all doing very well, especially the Monstera which is now huge!

Ordering flowers for a funeral: never fun. However, whoever dealt with me on the phone was absolutely delightful. Understanding and helpful in every way she could be, gently explaining why a wreath was needed for a coffin (obvious when you think about it!) rather than what I had in mind! Still, red roses they were and are now in the church for Christmas. Thank you Hopmarket Flowrers.

Julie provided some beautiful table centre pieces for our silver wedding last weekend. The flowers were beautiful and the whole piece was tasteful and exactly what I wanted. They even delivered to our venue on Sunday morning. Thanks for helping to make our day special

Absolutely stunning funeral flowers so beautifully arranged. Excellent and would definitely recommend Julie and the team there. There were many more arrangements from the same florist there too. All lovely from what I saw! Thank you!
