We use Talking Flowers whenever we get the chance! They are very helpful, super honest and will always advise on how long the flowers will last etc. They are utterly professional and whenever I leave the shop - its with a smile on my face. My husband likes to (very occasionally) surprise me with a bunch of flowers, he never has any idea on what to choose and they always help him to pick out a treat according to the season etc. Thank you xxxx

I called Talking Flowers at 9:30 am on Saturday to request a same-day delivery for my sister (with fingers crossed, wasn't sure it would be possible given COVID-19 situation). It's the first time I have used this florist. Barely 3 hours later my niece sent me photos of the beautiful bouquet that had arrived. The arrangement was very jolly and had a good selection of freesias which I had requested for their scent. I am delighted with the service and quality and will use Talking Flowers again in future. My sister was bowled over!

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 hydrangeas for an afternoon tea with my daughters bridesmaids. More than £10 per head. Very small, my garden ones are more impressive. Took them, they didn't even last the afternoon. I returned them on the Monday, Very disinterested. Was going to get them to do the flowers for the wedding, will definitely not be doing that now.

Ok but definitely not as good as it used to be… Mothers Day arrangements were not great for the price. I had ordered two, one looked like it was already starting to wilt. Not sure if this was the Mother’s Day effect or the change in ownership.

Really awful experience here. Husband bought roses for my birthday . Within 24 hrs they had wilted and I took a photo. The following day ( Monday) I took the photo and a rose to the shop . The woman serving said her flowers didn’t do that and I couldn’t have put them in water - which of course I had . There was no apology or offer to replace I was just repeatedly told I hadn’t put them in water. I was told ‘ I think you’ve come on here for an argument’ . I try to support local shops but I don’t think I would have got that customer service from M&S .

We ordered some flowers for my mum's funeral and they were absolutely perfect. I had sent a couple of photos of things I liked and they took the combination of the two pictures and made a stunning casket display. Communication was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you
