Beautiful Wedding Flowers!
We got married earlier this month and it was really important that we found a florist who could make the ideas we had into a reality.
We initially went to the shop to meet them in person and we were really pleased with the ease of the conversation, the inspiration and ideas they had (even at such an early stage), but also the professional and fun way in which we interacted.
We gave them our thoughts, ideas and on the day we were blown away! Everything was there when it needed to be and the arrangements were gorgeous!

I recently purchased a bouquet from your online shop to surprise my friend on her wedding day as I wasn't able to attend.
My friend was delighted with the flowers, and the lovely lady who delivered the flowers made her feel so loved! The whole experience of ordering from abroad was seamless, and I am delighted with the professionalism and overall personal touches of this lovely florist. We needed A LOT of sunflower stems at very short notice, and "Make Their Day" was the only florist that gave us the confidence that they could do this. Ordered mid-afternoon and available mid-morning next day.
Excellent quality of blooms, fantastic level of service and a lovely person to deal with.

I know this is meant to be a review, but I think that on this occasion the format just doesn't do justice to the services I received from Izzy. So on the Sunday 12th September I tried to order a Funeral Wreath for a neighbour who had passed away, unknown to me my Bank had suspended my card, so failure and dejection for me no Wreath for Gladys, I went to Bed with a deep sense of failure. Rolling forward to Monday 13th September 8am, I receive a phone call from Izzy she's at the wholesalers do I want the Wreath made, the order was still standing on the system with the message for the card, don't worry about the money we'll sort out the money later I say yes. She made up the Wreath delivered it to Conyyhill Hill Crematorium, as I didn't have the Funeral directors! Now after five attempts to pay!?! I speak to my Bank unfreeze my Card and have a long conversation with Izzy, what can I say a completely beautiful human being... Thank you so much for being you, please don't change...!

Reading your reviews, I thought this would be a good choice to order some flowers.
When I engaged in a polite conversation I found the person taking the call rude and abrupt. I understand the season is busy...
I had introduced myself as Roger Sanders and would have appreciated a little consideration rather than being treated as another transaction to be processed. I did not wish to complete this order. I wish you the best for the season.

Lovely independent florist in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham. Great selection of flowers, candles and gifts and very friendly staff.

I ordered the paso doble basket flower arrangement for my Mums birthday and it was beautiful. Exactly as shown on the website picture and the flowers were extremely fresh and beautifully arranged. It made my Mum's day and she said she would highly recommend. And so would I!

Two lovely bunches delivered to our doorstep for our 25th wedding anniversary, including one to fit a silver vase. Thanks for great service :-)
