Such lovely people. Just been to the shop to buy some flowers for a friend and they kindly gave our little boy some free flowers as the ones we chose to buy were not the ones he liked. Such a kind gesture and totally unexpected.

We ordered some flowers for the top of our mums bamboo coffin. It was masses of deep red roses with gypsophila and a green foliage. Wow, so beautiful and arranged perfectly. This shop really did us proud. Staff are friendly and helpful.thankyou to all the staff 😊

Possibly the best bouquet of flowers that I have ever had delivered in my life ! They are gorgeous . Great varied selection , fresh and beautiful colours matching the choice from my Sister who ordered them to match my lounge colours . Will definitely be using this florist myself . Thankyou ❤️💜

Phoned up this morning for a same day delivery and the flowers arrived just after lunch. I asked for something bright and cheerful and this is just what my cousin received. Lovely handtied and very pleased. Thank you.

I ordered flowers at short notice for my aunt. I picked them up the next morning as we were travelling to London. The flowers were stunning. A little display of really fresh yellow and white flowers. It was perfect. Not too large but very pretty and compact but when I placed them on her grave they stood out amongst all the other floral tributes. Thanks for the amazing service.

My elderly mother was badly let down and embarrassed by Mr Flower, Maidstone - having struggled into town on bus ordered flowers on Tuesday for next day delivery. Still not arrived by Friday, so she goes back into town by bus to find out why. Assistant (who wasn't the one that took the order) initially denied order being placed but then found it amongst pile of paperwork. Made lame attempt to get same day delivery then offered next day plus bunch of flowers as compensation. Finally after some discussion eventually refunded as too late for special occasion. To make matters worse, flatly refused to feed back customer disappointment to assistant who took the order, instead curtly responding 'you can tell her yourself'. Suggest don't trust with anything important.
