Ordered same day flowers only to discover the NEXT DAY that they hadn't delivered as driver was ill. If I had known I could have reordered elsewhere. The whole point was to have them on her birthday. They argued over a measly £4 refund when they should have refunded the whole thing after such a mess up.

I have ordered with Jean now a few times, the flowers have always been amazing and they last so much longer than any flowers before.
