Valentines day flowers, finally turned up at 4.30pm, after being told they'd said on the phone they would be delivered between 11am and 3pm.

Half of the roses are dying or dead.

I will not be returning again, I feel like I've been robbed!

Flowers sent to me by some friends through Interflora. Short slimy stems and bruised lilies on arrival. The gerberas wilted within 48hours . the flowers were certainly not fresh. I brought this up with Interflora and they redirected me to Broadway flowers who supplied the flowers - Broadway Florist were very unapologetic, implying it was the way I had kept the flowers!! Very disappointing flowers and service

Disgusting business. The owner refuses to accept liability for flowers that are dead after 2 DAYS!! Tried to discuss options with the "owner" of the business to just be met with abuse and shouting. Terrible way of running a business. Over £90 spent on dead flowers! AVOID

Initially very disappointed as there were very few flowers for the money. However my wife took them back and they were replaced for a much better bouquet, happy with the new flowers it’s a shame we had to complain.
