Rocco Flowers

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for one of my friends who lives locally to this florist. I wasn’t holding out much hope of them being able to be delivered on the same day, but this wasn’t a problem at all. The lady I spoke to was just amazing. Really friendly, helpful and had a wonderful manner over the phone. I was able to place my order with ease and the flowers were delivered within a couple of hours. I cannot express how beautiful they were, absolutely stunning and had a high end quality. I loved the arrangement and the different flowers, not just your standard selection. They were delivered by a friendly courier and my friend was overwhelmed.

I phoned from Canada for a special Golden Flower arrangement to celebrate my twin sister's 50th wedding anniversary. Becky completely surpassed herself ! Here is my sister's reaction: "...your absolutely MAGNIFICENT golden flowers ... really are spectacular and absolutely overwhelming ... we couldn’t be more delighted with them - THANK YOU SO SO MUCH." Becky went even further by asking her husband to beautifully inscribe on a card my brief poem to accompany her perfect bouquet, which she hand-delivered within 24 hours ! Now THAT is service !!

So I called up in the morning advised what I wanted. Somthing bright and pink for my niece birthday. They done just that and then delivered within the hour. Both people I spoke to were amazing, professional and very nice. Thanks Rocco flowers amazing

We've been buying a bouquet from Becky and Simon every week since they opened five years ago. Every one different, and every one a work of art. They bring joy into your life. If only every shop was like Rocco!

Becky at Rocco was a delight to deal with...and I was calling from Canada! Super kind, super helpful, and the flowers were "Stunning." ( From my friend whom I sent them to! She was blown away.) If I lived in London, I would get them from her ALL THE TIME!! Price was terrific and really, she was just so accomodating and helpful.

Ordered Flowers for my Aunts funeral by phone and the lady I spoke to was very understanding and patient as I was a little emotional. The Flowers arrived early and they were absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I asked for.

Had to order flowers quickly for my daughter as she’d had some bad news . I spoke to Simon this morning and he was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful - sorted out flowers straightway and they have now been delivered on time . My daughter has told me the flowers are beautiful and the man who delivered them was very polite . I cannot speak highly enough of this flower shop and will certainly be using them again . Thank you for your thoughtful service and empathy at such a sad time .
