I’ve ordered many bouquets, most of the flowers that have I have had sent through the post have been disappointing HOWEVER these were received today from Petals and came in a nice big box. They weren’t squashed or flat because the box was nice and strong. They have a cardboard vase to hold them upright and easy instructions in the lid. The bouquet itself is beautiful, fresh and I’m so happy, will defiantly recommend, thank you.

I was amazed when I received an email to confirm the bouquet had not only been delivered but attached was a photo of said flowers. These flowers were a birthday gift for my nan who lives 4hours away so I really appreciated this lovely personal touch!

I ordered these by phone, for which you not only sent me an immediate confirmation, but also emailed confirmation of delivery accompanied by a photograph of the arrangement. Very professional service, but with the personal touch of a independent florist.

Such a lovely set of floral tributes for the funeral of our loved one. Each arrangement was individual but complimented each other and the flowers travelled so well and still looked so fresh.

Petals Florist went above and beyond with our wedding flowers. From our initial enquiries, through to the big day itself, Jayne and the team were prompt with their responses, very knowledgeable and flexible. I had sent some pictures through of flowers that I liked and WOW, they looked in such great detail at these photos that I sent that every single flower was there, right down to the greenery. They also provided our bridesmaid and flower girls bouquets, button holes, centre piece flowers and top table flowers. All of these were stunning and were so tastefully matched to my initial bouquet idea.

Ordered over the phone for new parents to celebrate the birth of a baby boy, great service and delivered the following day. The recipients love the flowers and the baby giraffe! Can't recommend them highly enough
