Rosa Florist

I really didn't go to Rosa Florist but I was in the vicinity, this is one area of Hackney that's so cool, near the Hackney Central station. There is also a park there that will thrill not just the kids but Adults as well. Bus routes are also very accessible here, and shopping is available as there is a Mark's and Spencer, primark, Tesco, TK Maxx fooding also available and accessible.

Great flower shop owned by a golfer turned florist. Friendly service! Will definitely visit again when l am in London next.

Really appreciate the help from the staff in this flower shop. Was so polite and very helpful. I had a bit of a Dilemma and needed flowers the same day for a funeral the following day and they literally called me back within half hour to collect them. They took time out to be as quick as they could from the kindness of their hearts. The flowers were so beautiful and well presented with pink and purple flowers I couldn’t of asked for a better florist to pick. Thank you to both the fella and lady who offered me such a good service on Tuesday evening.

I ordered two cerise corsages. They were absolutely gorgeous. As it was quite heavy I needed two pins to secure it. It had quite a lot of black tape which I cut some off but should have covered with pink or green ribbon. They lasted a week in water!!

First time we have used Rosa's but thoroughly recommend to all. Excellent all round, many thanks

Asked for a very small bunch of flowers with ribbon on the stems, was charged £19 for 6 roses (4 large) that was not arranged neatly (I had to take them apart and rearrange) no ribbon on the stems but an elastic band and just on the 3rd day they were browning. Was charged £4 for every single large rose only for them to not be very fresh. Very disappointing with standards as it does not reflect the price. Will not be using this florist again.

Stay far away from this company!! Appalling service with no reply on what was an absolute disgrace of a flower 'arrangement' that was delivered, if you can even call it that.

Initial complaint that took 3 email chases for me to get a reply to:

Extremely unhappy with order.. First off specified note to deliver sometime in morning, ended up getting a call at 10pm at night just as I was going to bed to say flowers are being delivered now. Delivered at 10pm on the day it was supposed to arrive? The day / celebration is long gone and over, surprise ruined. Also, I paid not only for deluxe, but the most premium (fullest version) of the flower arrangement, what I received was an 'arrangement' of half dead flowers that were so sparse it wouldn't even suffice for the normal version, much less the deluxe or premium! On top of it all, it was addressed to 'Mr.' Helen...Completely ruined the surprise and will be expecting a full refund! Do not recommend at all!!

When company finally replied they completely absolved themselves of anything wrong, actually trying to say that it's my fault that the delivery was late for living far away and that the flowers were fresh when they had it and that it's not their problem they were wilted and dying by the time it was received! Absolute disgrace of a company the both of them, stay far away!

Avoid at all costs. Ali express of flowers. Cheap wilted flowers with some bushes from what looks like side of the road, I would have never ever ordered that and the whole composition is mainly green 3 different kinds of bushes /leaves not flowers. Photos speaks it all, not to mention a rude guy on the phone complaining how he had to write the note for 30 min as it was not in English - as if i know they do not print it like other florists. Order slightly passed 9am delivered close to 9pm, completely missing the birthday DAY being the main concern. To top it off, he dared to complain to the birthday girl that delivery was late due to his girlfriend giving birth(how do you think she felt hearing that on her birthday?) , unprofessional to the max(as it was promised by 6:30pm). DO NOT USE THIS EVER. Photos says it all.First is what I ordered and third and second is what I received. For 35quid this is a rip off and I will claim full refund through my bank.
