Tiger Lily

I ordered these flowers yesterday, and the lady called me and explained that owing to the bank holiday she didn't have a terrific selection of flowers but would be receiving a delivery today. She was aware that I am not in the area and couldn't have known what she had sent, but clearly wanted the recipient to be pleased with the gift. I had a lovely call from them a short while ago and they are absolutely delighted with them.
I would recommend Tiger Lilly to anyone.

Chloe and the team did the most amazing job from the word go - they were a pleasure to deal with from briefing right up to the big day. The flowers were more bigger and more beautiful than we could have ever expected. Due to a venue issue we had to bring the wedding forward and Chloe and the team made sure we still had everything we dreamed of. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend tiger Lilly to anybody who wants good quality flowers along with excellent -above and beyond customer service. I phoned these guys this morning trying my luck & hoping to get a early delivery for today. it is my mother in laws birthday today and was let down by another florist last minute who didn’t have the flowers I required in Stock. I phoned tiger Lilly around 9:20am explaining my dilemma and by 11:15am I received a phone call from a very happy mother in law. I Would definitely recommend tiger Lilly. Absolutely stunning flowers, very high quality and a great choice. The loveliest mother and daughter team who produced 3 beautiful bouquets for me. Looking forward to seeing their new shop just around the corner which opens very soon. I shall be visiting on their opening day!

All flowers I have ever received from them have been stunning, fragrant and have lasted so well. Their range is incredible, full of beautiful, rustic, vintage and unusual plants and flowers They have a nationwide delivery service which as been a lifesaver due to the current lock-down limitations.I used it personally to send a bouquet as a gift to a family member I'm not able to see at the moment, and they arrived healthy, beautiful and well packed.

Personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love my dried flowers, they look beautiful and came well wrapped in the post. It did take nearly a month to arrive and whilst this was on the website under the item description, there wasn't much communication as to when they would be sent - just got a text one day to say they would be delivered that day. They are not the cheapest thing I've bought but do love them and will look to place another order when funds will allow as they all look lovely.

Three times we have been let down by this florist. We ordered on the website a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my Mum for valentines day from my Dad who is very ill in hospital, we rang today (13/02) and they had the order, at 1500 we had a call and an email saying the order could not be fulfilled and the website shouldn't have let the order go through. No apology was offered. Previously my wife had tried to order flowers for my parents over Christmas, no one rang back or replied to messages. My wife had also previously ordered dried flowers from this florist, we do not live locally and when they arrived they were damaged, emails and messages were sent but no refund or reply was received. In the end we gave up and threw them away. This should have been a warning to us. I have seen Tiger Lily's displays before and they are beautiful but clearly local face to face customers are prioritised over internet orders.

Luckily for my Mum a wonderful, kind florist has saved the day where Tiger Lily badly let us down.
