Was very disappointed with the bouquet that I ordered over the phone today?
I paid £25 + £7 delivery charge totalling £32 for a bouquet of flowers.
When delivered There were only 4 roses, 1 stem of lilies (which had 3 lilies on it) and a green flower ( which I don’t know the name of to be able to mention it).
I think for £25 there should have been at least another 2 or 3 flowers? Or even some foliage to pack it out? The bouquet looked small and unassuming more like a £15 bouquet!
If I’d been in the shop in person and ordered a bouquet for £25 to take with me, I’m wondering if there would have been a few more flowers in there???
The Colours were exactly what I’d asked for and they were delivered very quickly so I have no issue with their service, but I just a feel a little let down by the contents of the bouquet. I honestly feel they could have been a little more generous with the blooms!
To my son it must have looked like I’d been a bit mean when in fact I’m my opinion £32 inc the delivery is a substantial amount to fork out for flowers?? I was expecting something more substantial.

I would just like to say a huge thank you for both the bouquet you prepared for our wedding anniversary and the service with a smile! 🤠
