The Flower Sanctuary

Beautiful flowers, Lisa was very helpful, sending me a photo of the bouquet before delivery and letting me know when they had arrived. Ordered and delivered on the same day within just a few hours. Will use again!

Ordered wedding flowers from The Flower Sanctuary. The church flowers I didn't have a close up look but seemed OK.

The wedding boughet was a good size and arrangement was good but not worth as much as we paid for it, for the price we paid we would of expected something a bit better.

The biggest issue for me was that I was promised premium cut flowers on the bouquet but it was far from premium. One flower was broke when I took the bouquet out of the box, just half hanging down. Some of the roses had bent and withered petals.

I have attached a photo of three flowers that didn't look premium and that's one side, the other side is the same.

After writing this review the Flower sanctuary replied that the flowers had gaurd petals on them.
A) as it was not a delivery and a pick up, they should of removed the gaurd petals. Or informed us at some point that the £100 for a bouquet did not include them removing the gaurd petals but us.
B) the gaurd petals are not inside the flowers so no excuse for the damaged petals inside. Also seen the photo. If I was removing all the damaged petals I wouldn't have much flower left.

Would not recommend.

They were all stunning. Well chosen & beautifully arranged.
FS were also flexible when I needed to amend one delivery date.

Says open till 2pm online - I checked before going. Arrived at 1.35pm (door open and lights on) was told they were closed for the day. Quite abruptly shouted at as if I had barged in when the door was left standing open - disappointing as I am a return customer and this would put me off going back. Specifically travelled to Balham for the flowers and checked the opening hours beforehand.
