Petals at Bibendum

I'm giving 2 stars as on previous occasions the flowers have been good but expensive. 2 months ago, I purchased some French Tulips for £45. They did not even open up before they collapsed in the vase and had to be put out after 4 days.
Tried again and purchased £120 of Viburnum and some other non descript white flowers which were apparently £12 per stem even though he could not find the item on the system! They lasted 4 days. I also asked why the flowers were so expensive. He just told me he didn't set the prices. Fair enough. However, I'm beginning to think, Flowers at Bibendum assume their clients are non the wiser and can charge VERY high prices for average flowers. That is not the case. I have purchased from other flower suppliers in the area which have been very good at an acceptable price.

I received the biggest and most beautiful bouquet of hydrangeas today. The freshness and care that went into this arrangement was fantastic. I'll go on for years over this special delivery. Thank you so much!

This is the first time I decided to leave the review, but I was very disappointed. The flowers are not as they are shown on photos on the website. Nice but absolutely nothing special for the price..

Totally blown away by this business - I dealt with Mel over the phone from across the country and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She worked to my budget perfectly and actually really went the extra mile for me as a customer. The results are completely stunning and are far better than I could ever have briefed to her! The friendly, efficient service combined with the spectacular results were worth above and beyond my spend there, without doubt - I highly recommend!

I’ve been buying flowers from Petals at Bibendum for a few years. I return again and again because of the excellent customer service, the attention to detail and the vase life of the flowers. When the flowers arrive, they are always in excellent condition with very little for me to do aside from putting them in a vase. The variety of flowers is unparalleled: Jonathan, Max and the team will always work with you to source what you need. If you can visit in person, their display of flowers (housed in the courtyard of an iconic Art Deco building) is absolutely magical. The home delivery service is equally delightful and eager to please. Highly recommend.

The most unreal flowers! Fell in love with the flowers as soon as I walked past such a picture perfect florist and knew I had to have them for my wedding!!

The customer service was second to none, Jonathan and his team were so creative and knew exactly what I was after...nothing was a problem!

I have been regularly buying flowers from Petals @ Bibendum for the past two years now and I have to say their customer service and the flower selection they have is really second to none. From Mother's day, Birthday bouquets or general home flower arrangements, they cater to any occasion and always produce such outstanding bouquets.. Their avalanche long stem roses are the best I have ever seen! Jonathan and his team at Petals are a true asset to South Kensington!

I love the flowers at petals at bibendum! I’ve never seen these flowers open as big as this and I still have some left after 9 days. Thank you!
