The Real Flower Company

Rosebie Morton Flowers at the Real Flower Company is an absolute rip-off. Bought two bunches of dahlias (~10 stems) at their stall in Marylebone Farmers Market last weekend. It cost a whopping £30, and lasted only four days. Perhaps their roses are better, but £15/bunch - not even arranged - is still absurd no matter how you look at it.

Visiting The Real Flower Company on Cale Street is always such a joy. They have the most glorious selection of flowers including their beautiful scented English roses.

I have now bought a few times from the Real Flower Company, for myself and as gifts and they never disappoint. The smell is incredible and the arrangements have been made with so much skill and love, meaning they have that extra wow factor that you don't get with Intaflora arrangements.

Ordered some last minute flowers for Mother's Day. Mum was thrilled with the flowers and kept mentioning how amazing the scent was.
The delivery was swift and they came in a beautiful box too!

Will definitely be buying from here again.

My mum sent flowers for my birthday and when they arrived it was an absolutely mess but what is even more disappointing is the quality of flowers used (pictures below), as well as the lack of any customer service.

I tried reaching out to the company via phone (left several voicemails), as well as on their Instagram page (sending pictures of the flowers) - neither attempts were returned and it’s now been almost a week.

As my family lives far away, I have been fortunate enough to receive flowers from various florists around London, so please believe me when I say there are better vendors available.

I tried to give the business multiple attempts to rectify the situation and they chose to ignore me - if I could give zero stars, I would.

Highly recommended! I ordered an arrangement and a bouquet last minute for my civil wedding and they did a beautiful job for a very good value. I will certainly use them again.
