The lovely people did the flowers for my mum's funeral they were absolutely beautiful and she would have loved them. Thank you your service is exceptional.

Tried to shop here today, was abruptly told we weren't allowed in to browse despite none of the staff observing social distancing or wearing masks.

The stock was sparse and the staff were very obnoxious and rude.

I paid on card and was then accused of not paying as the payment hadn't gone through. I said I had read their card machine which said approved but the owner (a complete tosser) told me I hadn't paid. I gladly opened my mobile banking app which showed the successful payment but they still insisted I paid again. They had issues with their payment system but insisted I pay twice with no apology from them.
They finally were able to see that the payment was successful after I convinced them.

Bunch of morons and the staff are absolutely foul.

Second time ordering , as with the first order, amazing flowers and lovely people to deal with . Just one bit of feedback , the delivery man today buzzed on the intercom and when my partner answered he said flower delivery for Mrs ***** therefore spoiling the surprise.

Placed my order at 8.30am same day delivery in the early afternoon with a beautiful selection of Flowers and delivered by a friendly gentleman with a beaming
smile. Wonderful service.

I went for my dads funeral flowers and they was extremely accommodating to exactly what colours I wanted didn’t feel rushed atal was offered so much variety, lovley friendly staff made you feel welcome . And very easy for pick up or delivery will Defiently recommend and will defo be returning. Thank you so much for ur extremely hard work . X

I was given the wrong address (which was the previous address of the person I was sending the flowers to) for some flowers to be delivered. The Simon Smith staff phoned me and told me that they'd tried to deliver but had been given the wrong address by me They were happy to deliver the flowers to the right address by courier without further charge.
I don't live in Surrey, but if I did, I'd choose to buy my flowers from them at all times!

Simon & the team delivered our wedding flowers on Monday and they were stunning thank you so much for putting so much effort into my bouquet I loved it so much
