Ordered some flowers for a birthday & was very disappointed with quality.
Bouquet looked nothing like the website & was just stuffed with tons of leaf branches, looking very cheap, roses nearly dying.
I understand that due to stock they may have found alternatives but this was very poor.
Paid £35 for £10 looking flowers.. was even embaressed to give it as a gift.
Maybe best not to order online next time as pictures are deceiving.

Beautiful flower shop, so many flowers and plants to choose from. Staff very friendly, I highly recommend this Florist 😉

Originally contacted John Alan Flowers to help and advise with my late mothers funeral flowers and thanks to Claire I could not have expected any better. Absolutely beautiful arrangements at very reasonable cost compared to other prices quoted. Claire seems to take everything in her stride no matter how bespoke the request, it doesn't seem to be a problem for her or her team. I have been recommending and obviously using this excellent florist for 7 years or so now without a single issue. Thank you all so much for everything you've done over the years and long may you continue your outstanding work.

By far the best flowers I have ever had. They lasted a couple of weeks and were beautifully arranged. I had so many compliments about them. The service was also amazing.

I ordered a £70 loose wreath for a funeral of a close friend. Not only was the wreath packed the flowers were of an amazing standard, the wreath included not only White Orchids and Roses but a beautiful array of blue flowers including Blue Delphiniums, Blue Gentians and Blue Veronicas.

I could not be more pleased with the flowers I ordered. Delivery was between 8-10, the flowers arrived at 8:15.

Couldn't recommend enough!

Really great bunch, verh happy valentine. Lillies took a little while, but all come out very well.
