The service is outstanding. We left our very ill bonsai with Phillo before going on holiday. They kept it for two weeks for free and returned it in better shape than it has ever been!

I have chosen a Bonsai tree from this place through thier web site as a gift for someone close to my heart. I have placed the order very early through the site before the working hours and asked for it to be delivered during morning time of the same day. It reached exactly as I asked for and the delivered tree and the pot are gorgeous exactly as shown in the picture on the site. I wrote a message later on that day to ask if it has been delivered and I got the reply within few minutes. Love the great service. Thank you so much.

I live in the United States and placed an order online to have flowers delivered to my daughter in London today. The delivery arrived at the time I requested and the floral arrangement in a vase was absolutely gorgeous! It’s a little nerve racking when placing orders with a business that you are not familiar with, and I am so pleased that I received such great service from Phillo Flowers.

I just received a Phillo bouquet as a birthday gift. Beautiful arrangement, delivered soon after the shop opened and called to make sure I was at home. Well, flowers from a dear friend, and then the sun immediately comes out. Pretty nice way to begin my 67th year.
