Ginger & Spice, Richmond did a great job for our June wedding. The sales rep we dealt with was really knowledgeable and made some great suggestions to decorate the venue we’d chosen, without at all being pushy. She and her team decorated the venue perfectly with pedestals, centrepieces, flower stands and tumbling ivy. They made venue-decorating quite stress-free!! Most of all, G&S managed to source some really exotic flowers we had requested - Singapore orchids. Our guests all commented on the stunning flowers. So, thank you, Ginger & Spice for making our day even more perfect!

Amazing service! I called two days before having flowers delivered for my mums birthday. The woman on the phone was incredibly helpful and patient. For some reason I was not able to pay on the phone but ended up ordering the bouquet I wanted online and emailing them asking if they could add specific flowers. They responded very quickly by email. They delivered the bouquet on time and in perfect condition. My mum was so thrilled. You made her day and if I need flowers delivered again in the area I will definitely be ordering from ginger and spice florist, fantastic customer service and good prices. Thank you!

I used this florist to send flowers to a funeral we were unable to attend, we are not local so had to arrange via phone and email. They were so kind and helpful, did exactly what we requested at a very reasonable price, and even sent photos of the arrangement for us to see prior to the funeral. I live outside the UK, so I ordered some plants for a friend online and then had to change the order via phone.
They were very helpful and attentive along the whole process.
They even handwrote a birthday message I wrote to my friend, together with the plants - in Portuguese!

We had our wedding flowers from here last Saturday. They were spectacular. We had an english meadow concept and the flower selection was just beautiful. We also had the most incredible buttonhole flowers. Great service and advice on flowers here too.

They are happy for you to go in with a general idea of colour/size/budget and work something up for you, or to browse what they have available and create your own selections. They are knowledgeable about how to care for all sorts of different flowers and plants and are always happy to take the time to answer questions. Highly recommended.

Ginger and Spice supplied all the flowers for a family funeral. They were incredibly kind, extremely patient and communication was second to none. The flowers were vibrant, stunning and beautifully arranged. I cannot recommend them more highly!
