Conservatory Florist

Always excellent. Me and my family have been costumers for many years, the flowers are always outstanding for our funerals and our weddings. Had another lovely selection of flowers for my Nans funeral. I would highly recommend this florist, the staff are always willing and able to help.

My daughter sent me a bouquet for Mother’s Day. They were pretty although there was a good deal of greenery. I sent her a photo to thank her at which point she recognised these were not the flowers she had ordered. The intended bouquet was to be mainly roses and larger altogether and for which she had paid accordingly. She made a complaint to the Manager/Owner of the Conservatory in Worcester Park who placed the blame with Interflora and made clear to my daughter that she must take the matter up with them herself; she would not as it wasn’t her responsibility. Her manner was rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. On subsequently contacting Trading Standards to clarify where the responsibility to address this lay it was confirmed that as the purchasing contract was with The Conservatory resolution of the matter lay with them.

Obviously mistakes do happen and Mothers Day is a busy time for florists. However, the manner in which this was handled was unprofessional, upsetting, deeply offensive and dishonest. The Manager/Owner knew full well the contract lay with her and that at the very least she should have made some (courteous) effort to resolve the issue. As the recipient of these flowers I feel very upset that a loving gift ending up causing my daughter such distress.

I went in today on the off chance that the florist could help or guide me as I am getting married and have no idea about flowers and would like guidance.

The approach of the lady when we walked in was rude. She asked what we wanted and when I said I wanted to discuss wedding flowers. She spoke in a cold, harsh manner “do you have an appointment”. I didn’t however, she could have been polite and said can I make an appointment so that we could have a discussion.

She then went on to tell me I should know what flowers I would like, asked to see a photo and then continued to be negative, unhelpful and to be honest rude.

Getting married is stressful enough and when you go to someone in a field that you don’t know for advice and to pay money. It doesn’t bode well for a business when you are confronted by rude, harshness and feel like you’re being told off and as a customer, it’s just not acceptable.

I walked out disappointed, upset and annoyed, I wanted to support a local business but will not be using this florist.

Excellent service. Did a beautiful 50th birthday bouquet for me at short notice for 28 December - not an easy task with three bank holidays. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the bouquet was stunning!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! -Go and buy from FORGET ME NOT Florist instead.

I went into the shop to spend my money in the local area I live in to order 2 sets of flowers and send them to Kingston hospital to say thank you to 2 nurses who looked after me. Lady was very unwelcoming and said "can I help you?" in a very cold manner. She was very unhelpful and not willing to help or deliver and wanted to charge too much to deliver. I left the shop and went elsewhere.

The nurses have been our heroes from lockdown and I decided after my treatment to show them some appreciation for the hard work they do looking after us. Shame on you, you wanted to charge me £10 each for 2 bunches of flowers to be delivered to the same department.

I called Forget Me Not Florist and received the best customer service, great price flowers, affordable delivery charge, and a generally great, pleasant experience.

Honestly could not recommend this florist enough for the amazing service they provide and the quality bouquets they produce! The pictures really do not do it justice. Always stunning flowers, put together with such expertise and better than what I'd even originally asked for. I have been there multiple times and am always given the best service! Incredible and would highly recommend to anyone

My family and I recently used Conservatory florist for flowers for a funeral. We experienced excellent, polite and professional customer service.
Due to the current global situation, we were unable to visit the florist to look at examples and flowers and had to discuss requirements over the telephone. The florists created beautiful, fresh, displays and tributes exactly as we envisioned.

We used The conservatory Worcester Park for a funeral yesterday. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. The lady was very kind and helpful to us and we will
