Friendly little florist near The Fox Pub on Church Street. Good selection of flowers, cacti etc. Takeaway or delivery. Reasonably priced.

Lovely flowers but moody madam who works there / possible the owner as she is normally there. Started off years ago as being friendly but I visit about once/twice a year and gradually she has become arrogant and complacent. This can happen when businesses do well but it’s unnecessary and will eventually get peoples backs up.

A beautiful shop with an amazing selection of flowers. The bouquet was delivered on time and it was very beautiful!

Said she'd quote for wedding flowers it- quite never materialised after numerous reminders - telling us to check ' junk' mail!
I'd made the trip for the ' consultation' at the shop in Twickenham all the way from West Yorkshire.
She wasted my precious time and money and upset the bride to be.Could have said at the outset she wasn't interested

Beautiful shop with a great selection of flowers, plants, gifts and homeware. Beautiful bouquets and reasonably priced for the quality. Not your average florist so much more creative! Love shopping here and the staff are always fab. Will be returning again like every year for our Christmas tree too!

Lovely store and selection of blooms and foliage. Selected exactly what I wanted and was happy with the price quoted and agreed to return once tied into a bouquet. Returned and was (wonderfully) wrapped in paper but I explained the flowers were to remain with me through the evening and could the florist create a cellophane reservoir for some water. Well, the reaction was poor. She insisted that this was not as agreed and would cost extra ...... I agreed (not sure I really understood why but realised I had no choice) but the service turned, she was curt and somewhat brisk. She claimed the flowers id received were worth more than she’d quoted.... anyway. This is a lovely store. But the service needs a reality check. Shame.
