Absolutely beautiful bouquets 💐 Quite pricey but really amazing hand work!

I decided to support our local flower shop as the shop itself had always looked so amazing from passing by. Originally I wouldn't normally spend over 20 pounds on flowers per week but as it was my girlfriends birthday, I wanted to surprise her with nicer bunch of flowers to normal. I made my choice and put in order. They arrived in an amazing condition and we transfered the flowers into a vase. The price itself was quite affortable at £39 so my only disappointment was that the flowers themselves only lasted 5-6 days. I guess with being at work it felt like we only had a day or two to fully appreciate having them. In the house and then it seemed fairly sudden that the condition wasn't good enough to keep any longer. Just felt a bit disappointed and wanted to offer my concern over buying from here again in the future. All in all, I think this place would normally deserve 5 stars if it is something you can afford and depending how long they normally last.

Called internationally 10 mins before close/ what I can only assume was the son of the owner arranged an anniversary bouquet delivered to my wife. Went above and beyond- if I could give 6 stars for customer service I would.

My daughter, who lives in the US surprised me with a fantastic hand-tied arrangement for my 82nd birthday last week and I am blown away by the gorgeous colors and beautiful foliage. It's rare to find such splendid foliage and rare flowers in an arrangement. Very, very special!!

PM Flowers did my wedding flowers and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out and how seamless the experience was. I worked with Sean to create my vision for the flowers and he was super prompt and attentive in sending over pictures and options ensuring I got all the flower types I wanted along with the perfect colors. Would definitely recommend to anyone in London needing flowers for any occasion!

I cannot begin to thank PM Flowers enough for the excellent service they provided to make our wedding extra special. The team worked with us by providing really good advice on which flowers would work best for our arrangements, both for the bouquets and the venue. On our wedding day, the bouquets arrived and they were even more beautiful than we imagined - important because they feature in all our wedding photos. The team also worked within our budget and we did not have any extra costs. We will be recommending PM Flowers to our friends and we will certainly use them again and again.

Legends - ordered some flowers for my mum in hospital and the team at PM picked, packed and delivered the flowers to my mum within 6 hours of ordering. They've been well received and are a good boost for my mum on her road to recovery - couldn't ask for more. Many thanks.

Pretty appalling bunch of flowers that were bought for my mother's birthday... Will be lucky if they last a day! Lots of green and what flowers there were had lots of wilted and brown dead petals. Plus, the state of the box looked like it had been bounced around the van before being delivered and therefore all the 'freshness gel' inside had spilt everywhere.

Worst of all though is the reaction of the customer service person we spoke to. Totally accept that mistakes happen but when the company tells you that as far as they are concerned it's fine and they have no interest in making good then you know they're one to avoid in the future.

Update following Response from the owner:
1) No idea who "Katie" is - must be another customer who wasn't happy with what they received
2) Whilst correct that the engagement wasn't with me directly, it was with my mother and everything stated above is a reflection of that experience.
