Absolutly shocking attitude. I pre ordered and pre paid £80 for flowers. When I arrived to collect stated my name price and description of flowers they wouldn’t give to me. The older man was ranting and raving and talking jibberish. I could see my arrangement and asked for it urgently as it was for an event I was hosting that I needed to set up. It look a good 15mins to get them off him and there was no one else there waiting for anything so absolulty no reason to delay. Disgusting behaviour will NEVER return.

I ordered the “Trust the florist” option on the website and asked for orange or purple. The arrangement was large and fresh, and was delivered in Kensington less than an hour after I placed the order. My friend loved it.

I was overcharged, ended up paying double the price. The sign said: any 2 for £10. Anyone would understand that as 2 separate bunches that you can choose from this specific selection for £10, which is what I did. Even clarified with him as I was choosing it. Got home, realise I was charged £20. I called up and the florist claimed that the two bunches were already in that one bunch that he pre-made. So you can’t actually select 2 bunches for £10 then? So the sign should really have said 1 bunch for £10. Either the sign is wrong or the guy is just not honest as I have already paid him. It’s a very simple direct sign guys. That is the last time I’m going there, it wasn’t a honest exchange.

Great flower stall, open after the lockdown. Superb fresh bouquets, deliver daily, happy customer for years. Near Kensington Palace where Princess Diana used to live, and right outside St Mary Abbots church where she prayed. Visit historic Kensington Square closeby, where the author William Thackeray lived.

Many thanks to Kensington Flower Corner for helping me share a token of love and appreciation all the way from NYC. They even hand wrote the note I placed with my order. My sister LOVED it! (Seamless online order. Same day delivery in London. Pictured: “Joy” and Eucalyptus)

A vibrant flower shop based in the heart of Kensington, bursting with life! A quick and polite team who will happily assist with any floral request. I have always enjoyed my Monday flower shop here and I recommend this shop to everyone I know. 💚🍁💐

Rude and unhelpful. Tried to get £50 of Hydrangea this morning and asked for two pink and two blue (for a baby shower where the parents don’t know the gender). Man on the stall didnt take them out of the cellophane and didn’t arrange them. Then, after cautioning me that they would dry out within 5 minutes if not in water, refused to simply wrap the bottom and fill with water. all three requests are something any florist should happily do, so his flat refusal was shocking. He then used profanity when I said I’d go to the florist on Wright’s Lane instead. I would suggest someone speak with him about his attitude and approach to customer service.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and owner. Always helpful and give great advice. I've brought from here many times and have never had a problem with getting what I need. Brought an orchid from them a couple of years ago and it has thrived so much so, it's like a "Day of the Triffids" in my living room. Will use these again every time.
