I orderer the Blue&White Hand Tied Delux size bouquet that costed me £69!! I want the best of the best. However it came out totally different from what is pictured on the website.I have contacted the shop and they refused to do anything about it saying with Covid, and gas increased, it's difficult. THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE!! I tried to contact them by email again. The same answer, Copy & Paste. I am so disappointed..No customer service at all.

I will suggest:
Read Google Reviews first before ordering it and Never Trust their own Website reviews.

I attached the website photo and the one delivered. Very speechless.

First of all, do not confuse this with The Flower Yard in Putney, as I did. I only realised and saw the bad reviews until after I had ordered.
I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on the same day (£10 delivery fee) at around 11:45am. The delivery address was only 3 miles away in Putney, but it ended up arriving at around 8pm (after I had to call for an update). When it arrived the condition was ok, but it ended up looking completely different from the photo on the website (first image), and I'm not the first person to report this. Won't be using again.

Very happy with the service from Floweryard. We have just had these delivered to our door as a gift to my wife to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and they are a big hit!

I ordered flowers yesterday and received a confirmation number and was told an email was on its way. I noted in the edited version that the billing address was incorrect. I have sent three emails throughout yesterday asking please for confirmation of the payment and details. Flowers have not arrived to my friend nor have I received any response to my emails. The phone number does not appear to be working either on any of their sites. A great website that does not appear to work. Shame on you Flower Yard ! From a very disappointed customer !

Our experience differed to the many negative reviews below. Stephanie was fantastic and helped us order a selection of flowers for pickup the following week. Flowers were fresh and the staff could not have been more helpful

Once again, The Flower Yard delivers. Spectacular autumnal colours that are vibrant and different. Beautiful. The service is always friendly & professional. 👍👍

Their customer service & flowers do not Merit their prices. Shocking service. My order was not delivered & their response was “not our fault” so we can offer a refund.

Lesson learn - read reviews before ordering- Website looked professional and the flowers shown were different/unique with other online florist. So deided that it was ok to pay a premium to get a pretty bunch but i was so disappointed when it arrived at my friends place. I am so embarrased to be sending her this bouquet - it is NOTHING like what i ordered - hydrangeas n cabbages were shown w roses n these flowers are not out of season, so i dont understand why there were replaced! In addition, the roses shown were those antique roses type n large ones, those delivered were small cheap roses. Cant believe i paid extra for this!! just look at the photos n decide yourself if they are worth buying from!
