Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered flowers for my other on a Tuesday for the Friday and they never turned up. Got an email that day saying flowers would be delivered on the Sunday and they never turned up again. I got a message saying flowers would be delivered on the Tuesday but i then replied to say that that my mother was off on the Wednesday to my sisters so wouldn't be here. So no point in the flowers being delivered. The flowers turned up on the Tuesday!!!! Worse still the flowers were in an awful state but at least the van driver apologised (I think from DHL). I sent two letters of complaint and guess what.... not heard a thing! Terrible terrible company. Do not touch this company with a bargepole.

I was sent for my 75th birthday a rose plant from my son who lives in Canada. To say I was disappointed with the plant would be an understatement. It was awful more dead than alive. All the buds that were on the plant were broken of and it had hardly any soil in the pot and
what there was was dry. My son phoned
to check I had received it and was it in a nice ceramic pot I didn't want to tell him how awful the rose was but did say that it was only in a brown plastic pot. I checked online the company and was shocked to find the cost was £29.99 I could have bought one for less than a fiver If the product had been in good conditions I would not be writing this review. I have tried to phone the company but it is always engaged. If I do not get st least a replacement rose then I will contact trading standards as from the number of reviews I have seen the company is not meeting adequate standards that they boast about . Fingers crossed it won't come to that.to to

Used this company previously and never had any problems until this time. Ordered on the 1st for my mums bday the 11th and my sisters is on the 26th. No flowers on the 11th, 12th, etc. Company said 'got lost in transport' will send a free box of chocolates. When they eventually turned up on the 17th! The box was damaged and a few of the flowers too. Several emails had been going back n forth up until this time. Since then emailed daily for a refund and to cancel my sisters flowers, not a word! My sister has recently asked for money to a charity for her birthday for greyhound dogs, can't do that and she will most likely not get flowers either! I want my money back! So do not buy from this company!! Unfortunately can't put a zero star!!!

I would like also add after placing an order & not receiving my item & despite the company telling me they would send a replacement, I'm still waiting after 2 months! They have ignored all my emails not happy at all!! If you have used this company I would urge anyone to contact Citizens Advice there are steps you can take. I didn't even want to leave one star but that's the only way I could leave this review

Ordered a Prosecco and Treats Hamper via Woucher from them. Was due to be delivered by the 4th of October, it has
not turned up with no correspondence from them to explain any delay. Have emailed twice with absolutely no reply apart from autoreply saying they'll get back to us, Woucher have emailed them on our behalf and again no reply, no answer on phone. Awful service, will not use again, suggest anyone else considers more reliable companies.

Ordered a £50 bouquet for my partner they arrived on Saturday. There was not as many flowers as I hoped. However my partner was delighted.

However we awoke on Sunday to see terribly limp and half dead roses.

Since writing the entry below earlier this month - I can now confirm that the company have fully refunded me. Hence now changing one star to three.

I ordered a PINK BOUQUET of flowers for my sister in law"s 75th birthday. However, a very sad looking BUNCH of YELLOW flowers turned up instead. They were DEFINITELY not worth the £50 they were supposed to be worth,
let alone the half price offer of £25 they cost me. I Immediately contacted the company who got back to me asking for the order number so they could look into the matter. I responded giving the necessary info, but never got a reply, even after contacting them a future 5 times! Unacceptable. I have given them every opportunity to put this right but they can't even be bothered to get back to me. Very disappointing! Poor customer service.

Having read previous reviews, I was cautious and decided to send flowers to myself to see the quality before sending any to friends and family. The flowers I received were lovely, and lasted a decent amount of time.
