Don't be fooled by the discounted/cheap prices! - They're cheap for a reason.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day, requested a delivery date for the 14th and instead they arrived on Saturday 12th Feb. What's the point of being able to select a date if they're not going to be delivered on that day!!

They advised me that they 'have no control' of them arriving on time as Royal Mail deliver and that it's stated in their terms and conditions.

When the flowers did arrive, some were dead and most were of poor
really poor quality.

No offer to replace the bouquet whatsoever due to 'company policy'. And their last offer to me was if I wanted to be considered for a refund, I'd have to return the entire bouquet back to them at my own expense for them to then inspect the flowers once they arrived.

If you call their customer service number the name of the company is something else and on android it shows the number as suspected spam!

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Do not order from here, ordered flowers for eid for my wife. Meant to be next day delivery came 3 days late. Flowers came dry & stem broken. Rubbish customer service didn't offer me refund or credit or even a replacement. Only offered 20% refund. Save yourself the time, & order from somewhere else. Best thing you can do.

Absolutely stunning, the bouquet was everything I expected. I made a mistake with the address an as soon as I realised the mistake I emailed the company and they emailed straight back and assured me they rectified my mistake. The company is amazing and I would definitely order from them again and recommend to all my family an friends.
My Nan loved them.
Five stars for this company. ✨️

Came on time, but it's on the cheaper side for a reason - 4 of the gerbera flowers I received had broken stems and the rest were already wilting. These flowers are definitely not fresh, which is a shame because the range of colours in the bunch were quite nice. Please use another company to avoid disappointment! It will be worth the extra buck if you do.

When the flowers did arrive, some were dead. I called up their customer service, emailed across pictures and their resolution was that they'd refund me for 1 dead rose and that was it!!! So their resolution for sending a dead bouquet was a £2.50 refund.

(Albeit a few days later and then the rest likely all dead).

I had to give 1* as unfortunately didn't give me the option of 0. If you order from here, don't say you wasn't warned.

Waiting for customer service to comment now along the lines of 'please give us your order number so we can look into'.

Absolutely terrible flowers arriving days after selected date no water or way of maintaining moisture for the flowers , my mum was told numerous times these were on their way. Avoid at all costs this company does not know how to do flowers via internet and postal service. Absolute waste of money and caused much distress to my mum who had purchased them as a surprise. Even if they arrived on time the quality of flowers at a local supermarket would be better value for money - cheap flowers and nothing like the photos on website. Avoid these at all costs they didn’t offer my mum her money back once during her calls . Shame on them !!

First time ordering from Lovely flora world. They were meant to arrive on December 28th 2021 on my anniversary (which I paid extra just to make sure they arrive on that day). They never turned up and I couldn’t get through to customer service. I sent them an email which I still have not heard back from them!

They arrived today 7th Jan 2022 and as you can see on the photos they were half dead. Horrible experience and will never order from here ever again!

Update from Boxing Day these flowers are dead after 2 days see photo, they were delivered Christmas Eve, no other flowers have ever died so soon, correctly watered and in a normal living room environment.
I have contact yourselves and know you are open yet you have ignored my polite e mail.
I have sent this e mail just to you but having been ignored it seems you are not customer focused and have no interest in retaining business.
All I can say is if you only want flowers to last 2 days and be delivered on time this is the best place to get them from.
