I just want to say thank you to the amazing team at Casablanca! You made my vision come true on my wedding day! The flowers was amazing and even after 9day of my wedding, the flowers are all still alive and looking beautiful! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding flowers or even just flowers for every day. The service was great! Thank you again!

We got our flowers for our wedding from Sam at Casablanca and they were gorgeous and very well arranged. It brought the event together and were elegantly done. Definitely recommend them for their lovely floral arrangements and the flowers are still going strong a week after the wedding.

As I live in France it was difficult to find a florist to do the flowers for my Mum's funeral. I was recommended to Sam by my niece who uses her for all her floral needs and I spoke to Sam on the phone. She understood just what I wanted and I wasn't disappointed. The MUM and NAN were wonderful, but the casket spray was outstanding. Everyone commented on them. All the flowers were of good quality, but the red roses were exceptional.

Amazing flowers , perfect service and lovely people

Sam is AMAZING! I live in Florida and had no idea where to turn when it came to a floral tribute for my mums funeral but took a chance on Casablanca. I am sooo glad that I did. The flowers were second to none. Sam went above and beyond to accommodate my ideas and the final results were simply outstanding! I honestly have never seen such beautiful roses or felt such care and compassion at such a difficult time. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I honestly believe that you can’t go wrong ordering from Sam!

My wedding organiser organised my flowers with a different company however Casablanca florist service was amazing on my registry wedding so I decided to use them instead. Casablanca provided the flowers for myself, brides maids, flower girls, groom, groomsmen and both mothers. The flowers were incredible, I ordered a cascading arrangement with a mixture of cream peonies, small roses and other gorgeous flowers and greenery. However unfortunately they fell apart by the time we got to the venue. My maid of honour tried to salvage the bouquet for the family pictures.
I contacted Casablanca to inform them shortly after my wedding via email, with proof of pictures however i never recieved a response to my email.
I was very disappointed as up till then there service was amazing.

Very unprofessional treatment of suppliers - it is literally impossible to get hold of the owner, she never answers emails or returns calls. She has significant outstanding - over 8000 pounds - with a Dutch flower provider and she is refusing to discuss the issue or to agree on a suitable payment plan. I would encourage customers to consider this when purchasing flowers here as our experience so far with this flower shop is the she does not take responsibility of her debts.
