The Flower Room

I used The Flower Room after being recommended by a friend, I can say, I wasn't disappointed. The flowers were beautiful, well arranged and presented just how I asked them to be. The lady in the shop (Lesley) was so helpful and knowledgeable, and knew, after I explained, exactly what I wanted. The shop itself, and it's staff were very friendly and I was most impressed by the delivery staff, who "gave service with a smile". Lovely florist.

I have been a customer at the Flower Room for many years as the beauty and creativity of the flower arranging is stunning and bespoke to your individual needs and request. I have moved away from the Barnes area but I will always make the effort to always use this florist, especially Lesley who is always so friendly and professional and has a wealth of expertise in her field of work.

Called back - rude customer service

Please do not use this service as it’s a rip off and you are better off getting nice. Bunches of flowers from Tesco or Sainsbury’s for much less !
